Returns & Refunds

All MyGiftLine purchases are considered final sale. Each gift is prepared with care, and we want every experience to feel exceptional. If your order arrives and you have concerns, please reach out within 24 hours so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.


Order Adjustments

If you wish to increase the quantity on your order, please let us know promptly and we’ll do our best to accommodate the update.
For reductions in quantity, please note that once a custom order is underway, we are unable to decrease the total below the amount listed on your approved invoice.


Cancellations

Should you need to cancel after a 50% deposit has been submitted, MyGiftLine will issue a refund minus the cost of materials already secured and the design work completed prior to your cancellation request.
