Local Delivery

We deliver to homes, businesses, hotels, and event venues. Fees vary by distance and stops. If no one is home, we’ll leave the package unless you request otherwise. For hotels/businesses, please provide the name of the person accepting the order.

Local Pickup

Free pickup is available at our MyGiftLine studio in West Springfield, MA. We’ll schedule a pickup time once your order is ready.

Shipping

We ship through UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Costs are based on size, weight, and destination. We’ll share an estimate during your order.

Please provide accurate delivery details. MyGiftLine isn’t responsible for delays or extra fees due to incorrect addresses. If the mistake is ours, we’ll cover reshipping.
